About this role

Accountabilities • Manage assigned full-cycle searches from intake and candidate sourcing through interviews, offer acceptance, and onboarding.

• Recruit across functions and levels, with particular emphasis on ecommerce, marketplaces, growth and performance marketing, CRM, content and creative, digital product, UX/UI, analytics, and marketing technology.

• Partner with hiring managers and People leaders to define role requirements, candidate profiles, job descriptions, interview processes, and hiring timelines.

• Build proactive pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, talent communities, job boards, direct outreach, and other sourcing channels.

• Identify and engage passive candidates while developing long-term talent networks across onshore, nearshore, and offshore markets.

• Conduct initial interviews and structured assessments, providing hiring teams with clear, evidence-based candidate recommendations.

• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment activities while maintaining hiring momentum.

• Support senior and executive searches in partnership with People leadership and relevant stakeholders.

• Evaluate candidates for initiative, resourcefulness, resilience, curiosity, judgment, learning agility, and their ability to succeed in lean, entrepreneurial environments.

• Encourage broader consideration of qualified candidates from nontraditional backgrounds while maintaining consistent, job-related evaluation standards.

• Coordinate onboarding and preboarding activities with hiring managers, People Operations, IT, payroll, and other partners.

• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records, recruiting documentation, candidate communications, interview feedback, offers, and reporting data.

• Use AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve sourcing, talent research, outreach, job descriptions, interview preparation, workflow efficiency, communications, and recruiting analytics, with appropriate human oversight.

• Monitor recruiting pipelines, bottlenecks, risks, and progress, providing clear updates to stakeholders.

• Coordinate approved recruiting agencies and nearshore/offshore partners, monitoring candidate quality, responsiveness, and delivery.

• Contribute to employer branding, talent attraction, recruiting process improvements, onboarding initiatives, and recruiting technology projects.

• Share market intelligence on talent availability, skill trends, sourcing challenges, and specialized digital talent communities.

• Collaborate with the broader People Operations team to balance workload, maintain recruiting coverage, and respond to evolving business priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Approximately 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage searches from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.

• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels, particularly within digital, ecommerce, growth marketing, marketplaces, creative, product, analytics, or related areas.

• Strong passive-candidate sourcing capabilities, including hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Workable, Greenhouse, Pinpoint, Ashby, Lever, or comparable platforms.

• Practical experience using AI-enabled tools to improve recruiting workflows, research, productivity, and decision support.

• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, written communication, organization, and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches and competing priorities while maintaining accurate documentation and timely follow-through.

• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential candidate, employee, and business information.

• Strong service orientation, collaboration skills, resourcefulness, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.

• Preferred experience supporting private equity environments, portfolio companies, consumer brands, ecommerce businesses, or other high-growth organizations.

• Experience recruiting across multiple businesses or business units with different operating models and talent requirements is advantageous.

• Experience recruiting across onshore, nearshore, or offshore markets and regions is a plus.

• Established networks in digital commerce, performance marketing, marketplaces, creative, product, analytics, or related talent communities are desirable.

• Core capabilities should include full-cycle recruiting, digital talent sourcing, candidate assessment, market awareness, resourcefulness, learning agility, AI fluency, process discipline, and candidate experience management.

Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $75,000–$95,000 USD , with actual compensation influenced by location, education, skills, training, and experience.
