ServiceNow Senior Developer – HRSD & ITSM

Accountabilities • Architect, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using Integration Hub, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.

• Design and manage complex data synchronization and workflow automation across Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and other HR platforms.

• Build and optimize automated workflows using Flow Designer, Advanced Work Assignment (AWA), and Virtual Agent capabilities.

• Implement and enhance generative AI and predictive capabilities, including Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence, to improve service delivery and decision-making.

• Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules.

• Develop advanced case management solutions for Core HR, Employee Relations, and related employee service processes.

• Customize and enhance Employee Center Pro, Service Portals, and other user-facing applications to improve accessibility and the employee experience.

• Establish and maintain platform performance standards through Performance Analytics dashboards, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and continuous monitoring.

• Apply platform governance, development standards, and testing practices to ensure solution quality, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate organizational requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in IT services, software development, or enterprise technology implementation.

• Proven expertise in ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM, including successful implementations, configurations, and platform enhancements.

• Advanced proficiency in REST and SOAP API integrations and ServiceNow Integration Hub.

• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.

• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Advanced Work Assignment (AWA), and Virtual Agent for complex workflow automation.

• Familiarity with generative AI and intelligent automation capabilities within ServiceNow, including Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence.

• Experience configuring Performance Analytics dashboards, implementing automated testing with ATF, and maintaining platform governance standards.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and customize Service Portals, Employee Center Pro, and Core HR case management workflows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex integration and workflow challenges.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage technical priorities in a remote working environment.
