• Manage full-cycle consultative sales processes from prospecting and discovery through solution development, proposals, negotiation, and contract close.
• Assess prospects’ business models, marketing environments, objectives, and constraints to determine solution fit.
• Develop customized campaign structures, commercial solutions, proposals, and business cases aligned with client-specific goals rather than relying on standardized packages.
• Engage confidently with marketing and technical stakeholders on attribution, conversion tracking, pixels, server-to-server integrations, APIs, and measurement methodologies.
• Present compelling recommendations and business cases to senior decision-makers, including VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, Client Success, Operations, Engineering, and other teams to ensure proposed solutions can be successfully implemented and delivered.
• Informally mentor and support other Account Executives by providing feedback on discovery, deal structuring, proposals, and technical conversations.
• Contribute to sales process development and continuous improvement within a high-growth environment.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, performance marketing, ad tech, martech, affiliate marketing, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record of generating and closing new business through complex, consultative sales cycles.
• Demonstrated experience managing opportunities from prospecting and discovery through solution development, proposal creation, negotiation, and close.
• Successful experience selling to sophisticated marketers and senior decision-makers, including VP, C-suite, agency, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and customer acquisition, including paid social, paid search, affiliate, programmatic media, and other performance channels.
• Experience with attribution, measurement, and conversion tracking concepts, including pixels or JavaScript tags, server-to-server integrations, APIs, conversion events, attribution methodologies, and measurement limitations.
• Experience creating customized proposals, business cases, and commercial solutions based on client objectives and constraints.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose a prospect’s business and marketing environment and recommend an appropriate campaign or commercial structure.
• Experience carrying and achieving a revenue quota or equivalent new-business target, with clear evidence of personally sourcing, advancing, negotiating, and closing meaningful deals.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with technical, product, operations, client success, implementation, or engineering teams.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or onboarding other sales professionals is preferred.
• Experience selling to subscription businesses, eCommerce brands, lead-generation businesses, or other performance-focused advertisers is a plus.
• Familiarity with affiliate networks, partnership marketing, and marketing technology platforms is preferred.
• Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth technology environment is a plus.
Benefits:
• On-target earnings of $220,000–$250,000, with a base salary of $115,000–$150,000 plus commission.
• Fully remote work environment.
• Competitive salary and equity opportunities.
• Performance bonuses.
• Health, dental, and vision benefits, with the company covering 80% of employee premiums and 50% of dependent premiums.
• Daily lunch stipend.
• Monthly Wi-Fi, cell phone, and subscription reimbursement.
• Annual hardware stipend.
• Flexible paid time off and a remote-friendly culture.
• Annual corporate offsites.

RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.
