• Create compelling marketing content: Write persuasive subject lines, email copy, SMS messages, promotional concepts, and personalized pitches that encourage customer engagement and drive meaningful action.

• Drive measurable growth outcomes: Take ownership of marketing initiatives from opportunity identification and strategy development through execution, performance monitoring, and optimization.

• Implement experimentation and optimization: Develop a structured testing approach for messaging, timing, offers, audience selection, and customer journeys, using results to improve campaign effectiveness and commercial performance.

• Measure and analyze performance: Monitor key metrics such as engagement, conversion, retention, repeat purchase rates, revenue, and customer lifetime value to understand performance and guide strategic decisions.

• Leverage technology and automation: Use marketing platforms, customer data, automation tools, and AI-powered solutions to build efficient, scalable programs that become more effective over time.

• Maintain operational excellence: Ensure the accuracy and quality of customer communications through effective segmentation, deliverability management, list health monitoring, testing, and quality control.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience: At least 3 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), retention marketing, customer growth, or a related field.

• End-to-end marketing ownership: Demonstrated ability to manage initiatives from identifying opportunities and defining strategies to executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and implementing improvements.

• Strong marketing and copywriting skills: Excellent marketing instincts and the ability to create compelling messaging, campaigns, and customer experiences that motivate audiences and generate measurable results.

• Customer segmentation and lifecycle expertise: Experience developing customer segments, interpreting behavioral data, and designing lifecycle journeys tailored to different customer needs and stages.

• Analytical and commercial mindset: Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to understand customer behavior, evaluate marketing effectiveness, identify opportunities, and make commercially sound decisions.

• Demonstrated growth impact: Experience improving customer engagement, conversion rates, repeat purchases, retention, or revenue through strategic marketing initiatives.

• Customer-centric thinking: Curiosity about customer motivations and preferences, with the ability to challenge assumptions, investigate behavior, and translate insights into relevant customer experiences.

• Strategic and hands-on execution: Comfort developing high-level growth strategies while also writing content, building automated journeys, launching experiments, and troubleshooting operational issues.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Ability to communicate clearly, influence stakeholders, coordinate projects across teams, and drive initiatives forward without relying on formal authority.

• Ownership and adaptability: Strong organizational skills, independent judgment, and the ability to prioritize effectively, maintain high-quality execution, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

• Systems-oriented problem-solving: A proactive approach to building repeatable processes and scalable solutions rather than relying exclusively on short-term campaigns.

• Preferred industry experience: Background in business-to-consumer (B2C), direct-to-consumer (DTC), e-commerce, or other businesses with recurring purchasing behavior is strongly preferred.

• Additional relevant experience: Familiarity with SMS marketing, account-based marketing, loyalty programs, or personalized engagement strategies for high-value customers is an advantage.

• Technology and innovation: Interest in using marketing technology, automation, customer data, and AI tools to improve productivity, personalization, and growth performance.

The ideal candidate combines creative marketing ability with strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and a strong sense of ownership. You should be comfortable identifying opportunities independently, questioning existing practices, and turning new ideas into practical initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and deliver sustainable business growth.
