About this role

Accountabilities: • Build and cultivate deep, long-term business relationships with leading producers, creators, venues, brands, and key entertainment stakeholders.

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the market, identifying innovative opportunities to scale regional presence and performance.

• Lead commercial strategy with major partners, ensuring mutual value creation and sustainable strategic relationships.

• Manage and grow a significant portfolio of partners while maintaining strong organization and prioritization across competing opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Category Management, Partner Support, Operations, Technology, Product, and Finance to deliver partner growth.

• Identify and pursue opportunities for international expansion and collaboration across markets.

• Maintain a strong understanding of entertainment, events, lifestyle, and emerging experience trends to identify relevant opportunities and advise partners.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or equivalent, ideally combined with additional experience in relevant sectors such as corporate management, technology, sports, music, or the arts.

• Strong business development, commercial strategy, and partnership management capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex business problems, and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.

• Data-driven approach to prioritization, decision-making, and business performance.

• Self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership and thrive in a demanding, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and sales CRM systems; experience with Sugar CRM is preferred.

• Fluent in Thai and English.

• Strong knowledge of local entertainment, events, lifestyle, and emerging experience trends.
