About this role

Are you a true Salesforce Trailblazer - the kind of admin who lights up at a workflow problem and can't help but tinker until it's just right? Are you just as comfortable putting Claude and other AI tools to work, turning tedious documentation and reporting into a five-minute job? If that sounds like you, we'd love to have you join the Revenue Operations team at FireMon. We're a small, passionate, and pretty fun crew sitting right at the heart of FireMon's go-to-market strategy - and we can't wait to meet you. As our Salesforce Admin, you'll own day-to-day user management, work closely with the entire GTM org (Sales/Marketing/Finance/CS), and recommend best practices, all while keeping our CRM integrations running smoothly. You're a natural communicator who can turn business needs into clean, scalable systems - and you know how to pair your Salesforce chops with AI tools like Claude to get more done, faster. We're looking for candidates based in the Central or Eastern time zone so you can overlap with our Revenue Operations and Sales/Marketing stakeholders around the globe.

Responsibilities • Provide prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues related to the CRM instance

• Manage user profiles, permissions, licenses, and page layouts

• Maintain existing and new fields, custom objects, workflows, validation rules, managed packages, and integrations

• Identify opportunities for efficiency, inventing creative yet simple solutions to improve internal and external customer experience

• Document system processes, train users and contribute to CRM onboarding

• Partner with global stakeholders to identify and build improvements

• Work closely with Head of Revenue Operations and VP of Growth Marketing to create “single source of truth” reports/dashboards for sales and marketing organizations

• Support and maintain integrations across our GTM tech stack, including LeanData (lead routing), ZoomInfo (data enrichment), Gong (conversation intelligence), and Snowflake (data warehouse)

• Put Claude and other AI tools to work every day, accelerating documentation, reporting, and process design so you can focus on the fun, high-impact stuff

Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience

• 3+ years Salesforce.com administration experience

• Certified Salesforce.com Administrator

• Active Salesforce Trailblazer - Trailhead badges, community involvement, or just a genuine love of the platform

• Proven track record of CRM database cleansing and maintenance

• 3rd party/consultant partnership experience

• Microsoft Office Suite

• Power user of Claude (or a similar AI assistant) - you use it daily and know how to get real work done with it, not just dabble

• Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo and Gong

• Experience with LeanData or similar

Preferred Qualifications • SFDC administration in a B2B SaaS environment

• Experience with Snowflake, Gong, ZoomInfo, Marketo, Asana
