• Mentor and support the development of junior staff

• Embrace opportunities to learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and ways of working that enhance day-to-day work, while maintaining professional judgment, critical thinking, and accountability for results

Qualifications • 5+ years of relevant experience in transportation planning or engineering, including experience in one or more of the following:

• Traffic operations analysis (e.g., HCS, Synchro, VISSIM)

• Traffic engineering and streetscape design

• Transportation planning (e.g., bicycle/ transit plans, infrastructure finance, transportation and land use policy)

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in transportation, civil or electrical engineering, urban and regional planning, or a related field (e.g., geography, math, statistics, economics)

• Strong technical writing and public speaking skills

• Experience with project management and contributing to business development efforts

• GIS experience (preferred, but not required)
