Te Tūranga – About the role As a Supply Chain Improvement Specialist, you'll drive operational excellence across our distribution and transport network. This is a fixed-term opportunity on a 18-month contract and a great opportunity to influence change, solve complex operational challenges, and deliver better outcomes across our network. You’ll also: Identify improvement opportunities, optimising systems and processes, and delivering initiatives that enhance safety, service, efficiency, and cost performance Act as the subject matter expert on the Warehouse Management System & Processes, and the interaction with other supply chain Systems ( eg. TMS, Time and Attendance etc) Build strong relationships across the business, influencing stakeholders and driving successful change initiatives. He kōrero mōu - About you The ideal candidate will have: An in-depth knowledge and working experience with warehouse management systems including inventory management (Blue Yonder WMS is a plus!) Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills across diverse teams Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer challenges, interpret requirements from their perspective, and develop practical solutions. Highly adaptable, resilient, and self-driven, with the ability to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.
