About this role
Ekimetrics transforms how organizations make critical business decisions. Since 2006, we’ve been helping companies build sustained competitive advantage through AI-powered Managed Solutions. Our dual purpose is Competitiveness and Sustainability, because lasting leadership is built on both.
Our solutions are a unique combination of people and technology. We combine our Eki.Decisions platform with embedded experts in marketing, commercial effectiveness, and data science, connecting decisions across business domains to drive real, positive, scalable, and lasting impact.
With a full in-house team and offices in Paris, London, New York, Hong Kong, and Shanghai, we commit to responsibility and frugality in AI, systematically building competitive advantage, and being loyal to our values and DNA.

• Contribute to data/cloud work (Python, Azure, Databricks, APIs, ML/GenAI pipelines).

• Join standups, planning, and client-facing tech conversations.
• Document work clearly; collaborate closely with the technical team.
Your profile
• Language Skills: Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, both spoken and written.
• Location: Based in Hong Kong or able to work in Hong Kong.
• Experience: Preferably 2 to 4 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Core Skills: Modern web apps; shipping working software, not only prototypes

• Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-engineering stakeholders.
• Working Style: Demonstrates ownership and a strong client-delivery mindset.
• Working Schedule: Available to work full-time (5 days per week).
Nice to have:
• TypeScript/React/Next.js or equivalent;
• Node/Python backend and cloud deploy;
• Azure, Databricks, data engineering, or ML pipelines;
• LLMs/OCR/chatbots;
• Consulting or multi-client delivery;
• Product thinking.
What we offer?
• Attain experience in a global leader of Data Science & AI solutions.
• Young & dynamic environment with a strong culture.
• Close-knit team in Hong Kong with a friendly environment.
• Creative and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Prime location in Causeway Bay.
