Housekeeper @ Bandon Dunes Golf Resort

At Bandon Dunes, we don’t take shortcuts—especially when it comes to making someone’s stay unforgettable. As a Housekeeper, you’re not just making beds and wiping counters. You’re part of the guest experience. When someone walks into a freshly cleaned room and exhales, “Wow”—that’s because of you.

This role is about more than bleach and vacuums. It’s about care. It’s about taking pride in your work, paying attention to the small details that others might miss, and knowing that your behind-the-scenes work is actually center stage in every guest’s experience.

About Bandon Dunes Golf Resort: Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort also has an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve, and the new Shorty's opened in 2024. The two short courses are 'Courses with a Mission,' with all net proceeds funding the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

Beyond premier golf, guests delight in a variety of dining options at Bandon Dunes’ collection of restaurants. Whether you're looking to enjoy locally sourced, Pacific-Northwest cuisine accompanied by an award-winning wine list or prefer kicking back in a Scottish-style setting with traditional pub fare and local microbrews, there is something for everyone.

Working at Bandon Dunes is a dream for golf fans, outdoor enthusiasts, and hospitality professionals alike. The Bandon Dunes team works together to create trips of a lifetime for our guests. We are passionate stewards of our resort, community, and environment. As an endlessly curious group, we ask questions, share ideas, and always look for a better way. With a hard-working attitude, we help guide our guests through their pure golf experience, immersed in Oregon’s natural beauty and away from the demands of daily life.

What You'll Do: Let's be honest - this is physical work. You’ll be moving, cleaning, bending, lifting, and walking a lot. Reliability matters here. • Clean and reset guest rooms like a pro—replace linens, restock amenities, and make sure everything looks and feels right. • Keep the common areas clean and inviting. • Tackle the dust, the dirt, and the smudges. We notice—and our guests do too. • Clean and sanitize bathrooms. • Keep an eye out for anything broken or out of place and report it so we can fix it fast. • Know your cleaning materials and follow safety protocols—always. • Pitch in wherever needed. We’re a team, and we help each other out.

What Makes You a Great Fit: • You’re positive, dependable, and have a professional presence.

• You notice the little things—and care enough to fix them.

• You work efficiently and manage your time well.

• You’re organized and keep your tools and supplies in order.

• You can handle the physical side of the job: standing, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs (with help), and moving around for hours at a time.

• You communicate clearly—both with guests and teammates.

• You can roll with the punches and problem-solve when things go sideways.

• You always put safety first, for yourself and those around you.
