Qualifications & Core Competencies Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience in telephone-based customer service and account management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-resolution and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to handle order processing and customer inquiries simultaneously. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
