GHJ’s relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand client’s needs, attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential.
Key Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, and general ledger activity
• Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close
• Prepare financial reports and assist with financial and operational analysis
• Maintain accurate accounting records and resolve discrepancies
• Partner with leadership on special projects and process improvements
• Help strengthen accounting procedures and internal controls
• Support additional accounting and operational needs as the business evolves
Qualifications • Strong hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Solid general ledger knowledge with experience in AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Manufacturing and/or distribution industry experience required
• Small to mid-sized, privately held company experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of Excel; ERP experience is a plus
• Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
