About this role
Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and answering incoming phone calls.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and reserve conference rooms.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and correspondence.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
• Prepare, proofread, copy, and distribute routine documents and communications.
• Order and maintain office and breakroom supplies.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, expense reports, and invoicing.
• Keep reception and common areas organized and professional.
• Provide administrative support for special projects as assigned.
Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
