About this role
La routine vous ennuie et vous avez une grande capacité d'adaptation ? Rejoignez le réseau Lobe en tant qu'agent(e) volant(e) ! Vous jouerez un rôle clé en apportant votre soutien administratif aux différentes équipes de nos cliniques ciblées.
Votre rôle au quotidien :
• Soutien multisite : Vous déplacer entre nos 3 succursales ( Vanier, Limoilou et Val-Bélair ) pour remplacer ou prêter main-forte aux équipes à la réception.
• Accueil : Être le premier contact des patients et offrir un service client exceptionnel et bienveillant.
• Administration : Gérer les appels, l'agenda des professionnels, la facturation et les dossiers médicaux.
Le profil recherché :
• Mobilité : Posséder un véhicule et un permis de conduire valide (essentiel pour les déplacements entre ces 3 cliniques).
• Savoir-être : Grande flexibilité, autonomie et facilité à s'intégrer rapidement dans de nouvelles équipes.
• Expérience : Bagage solide en service à la clientèle ou en secrétariat.
