La clinique Lobe de Drummondville est à la recherche d'une personne chaleureuse et organisée pour être le cœur de sa réception ! Si vous aimez le service client, le travail d'équipe et évoluer dans un milieu profondément humain, ce poste est pour vous.
Vos responsabilités au quotidien :
• L'accueil : Être le premier sourire des patients et les accompagner avec bienveillance.
• L'organisation : Gérer les appels, la prise de rendez-vous et le suivi rigoureux des dossiers.
• Le soutien : Assurer la facturation, la gestion des commandes et épauler les professionnels (audioprothésistes, ORL).
Le profil recherché :
• Expérience solide en service à la clientèle, en administration ou en secrétariat.
• Excellente capacité à gérer le multitâche et les interruptions avec le sourire.
• Empathie, grand sens de l'écoute et désir d'apprendre (une formation complète vous sera offerte !).
