About the Role We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented BAP with a background in instructional design, content creation, or employer branding. You’ll collaborate with senior recruiters to develop engaging employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and candidate engagement strategies.

What You’ll Do • Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles

• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards)

• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication

• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever)

• Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies

• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects

• Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings

• Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations
