Product Manager - Community Strategy

Responsibilities • Own strategy design and ongoing optimization for a community content product (Square), with a focus on post ranking, content recommendation, distribution, and filtering mechanisms.

• Improve user experience, community engagement, and retention through better content quality and ranking strategies, using content to drive overall user growth.

• Define the overall community content strategy and long-term roadmap for the content ecosystem, including content classification, recommendation optimization, and distribution mechanisms.

• Design and continuously iterate content recommendation and distribution strategies, with DAU growth and user retention as key objectives.

• Analyze the relationship between community engagement and core user behaviors, develop growth strategies, and drive cross-functional collaboration and competitive analysis.

• Independently manage the full product cycle, from strategy development and feature design to data validation and ongoing iteration, turning strategies into practical product solutions.

Requirements • 3–8 years of experience in strategy products, community products, or content ecosystems. Experience with Web3, fintech, or large-scale content communities is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with post ranking, content recommendation, user retention, or content-driven growth.

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance short-term execution and long-term platform development.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate and improve content quality, community health, and user engagement.

• Clear and structured thinking, with the ability to break down complex ecosystem challenges and build phased, actionable roadmaps.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders on strategy and execution.
