About this role

Requirements ● Previous experience working with EDI systems ● Experience processing and troubleshooting purchase orders ● Experience with SPS Commerce or a similar EDI provider ● Strong Excel skills ● Experience working with detailed reports and large datasets ● Strong attention to detail and accuracy ● Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills ● Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks ● Strong written and spoken English ● Comfortable communicating with internal teams and external service providers ● Experience with Sage is highly desirable ● Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude would be an advantage

The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive and solutions-focused.

You should be comfortable working through technical issues without needing constant supervision and have a strong sense of ownership over your work.

The ideal person will be calm, organised and able to work with a sense of urgency when issues arise, particularly where a problem could affect customer orders.

If you have EDI experience and enjoy improving processes rather than simply completing tasks, this could be a great opportunity.

About this listing

Published on Lever under the board identifier Assist World, which is the name the employer’s own job board carries. RoleSprint has not verified the company’s registered or trading name, so it is shown exactly as published rather than tidied up.

RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.
