Social Media & Content Assistant

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with social media content, video editing, or content management, preferably for a business or professional brand. You should be: ● Highly proficient in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills. ● Experienced with YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. ● Comfortable working with video content and short-form video. ● Familiar with video editing software such as Camtasia, or able to quickly learn similar platforms. ● Experienced with Opus Clip or similar AI-powered video clipping tools. ● Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools to improve content creation and efficiency. ● Familiar with social media posting, scheduling, captions, and content optimization. ● Creative and able to understand what makes content engaging. ● Organized and able to manage a repeatable content workflow. ● Proactive — able to suggest improvements rather than simply waiting for instructions. ● Comfortable working independently while taking direction and feedback from the business owner.

Ideal Experience Experience working with YouTube content for a business, professional, financial, or personal brand would be highly advantageous. We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously helped another business owner or professional manage their content workflow from long-form video → short-form clips → captions/optimization → scheduling → publishing. Experience with additional social media management or content scheduling platforms would also be a plus.
