Experience and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • 2-6 years of hands-on experience administering IT infrastructure and operations; experience in a global, multi-office, or distributed-team environment preferred. • Strong working knowledge of network administration, endpoint management, and SaaS application administration. • Practical experience with automation/scripting (Shell, Python) to streamline recurring IT tasks. • Comfortable working in a startup/scale-up environment. This role will require occasional overlap with US/UK time zones. • Working knowledge of ITIL-aligned support processes (incident, change, and problem management). • Hands-on experience integrating applications via APIs. • Good communication skills, with the ability to support end users and collaborate across cross-functional teams. • Prior experience mentoring junior team members or interns is a plus. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tickets simultaneously.
