We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our practice in Saint Paul, MN, where you can grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on children’s oral health. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, patient-focused individual who is eager to support the delivery of high-quality dental care in a smaller, community-based setting.
The hours are: Tuesday - Friday, 7-4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities: • Assist the pediatric dentist during examinations and procedures
• Provide chairside support, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients
• Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Take and develop X-rays as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sterilized environment
• Accurately document patient information and treatment plans
Requirements: • High school diploma or GED required
• Completion of an accredited dental assisting course
• Active licensure in Minnesota, DANB certification, or equivalent state jurisprudence for performing specified tasks
• Current CPR (BLS) certification
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Passion for working with children and ensuring a positive dental experience
• Minnesota Dental Radiology Certificate course to complete X-rays
