Reponsibilities: • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best commercial and quality outcomes.

• Manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance, performance, and value.

• Oversee procurement processes for tools, equipment, and consumables from China, Europe, and the USA for production.

• Manage troubleshooting activities in terms of delivery schedules, quality, completeness, pricing, and related documentation.

• Prepare and coordinate contracts signing activities.

• Continuously analyze market trends and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize risks.

• Maintain and enhance supplier relationships to support long-term business objectives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure procurement supports broader business goals.

• Evaluate and onboard new suppliers of components, materials, tools, and services in line with business needs.

• Take part into suitable equivalents sourcing for electronic components based on technical requirements and the current supply chain situation.

Qualifications: • 1+ years of procurement experience in electronics, EMS, or automotive sectors.

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

• Proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to cost-efficiency and risk mitigation.

• Technical background in electronics or good understanding of electronic components and their equivalents.

• Experience in international Procurement

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.

• Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask and manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.

• Result-driven with the ability to follow through on tasks and deliver tangible outcomes.

• Experience with 1C ERP system.

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

• English level: B2+

• Polish level: B2+
