About this role
Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end delivery of customer onboarding, technical training, and product enablement initiatives, ensuring customers and commercial teams can effectively adopt and leverage Adlook DSP capabilities.
• Act as a senior technical partner to Sales and Commercial teams across active opportunities, customer discussions, and strategic accounts, providing guidance on solution design, technical positioning, and platform capabilities.
• Provide consultative, data-driven recommendations for complex pre- and post-sales engagements, using deep knowledge of DSP functionality, campaign performance, industry practices, and customer objectives.
• Partner closely with Product teams to understand roadmap priorities, new capabilities, and emerging solutions, and independently translate them into clear commercial narratives, enablement materials, use cases, and customer-facing applications.
• Own the technical enablement process for beta and new feature rollouts, including identifying relevant use cases, coordinating customer participation, gathering and analyzing structured feedback, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for Product, Analytics, and Commercial stakeholders.
• Handle complex technical questions, use cases, and escalations, providing practical solutions and ensuring alignment across relevant internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve how Adlook’s technology is positioned, explained, and adopted across different customer and commercial scenarios, and translate these opportunities into scalable solutions and enablement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain advanced documentation, playbooks, technical guides, use cases, and other enablement resources that improve consistency, efficiency, and product knowledge across Commercial teams.
• Analyze customer and campaign feedback, platform usage, and performance data to identify recurring challenges, adoption opportunities, and areas for product or process improvement.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Analytics, Sales, Commercial, and Customer teams, taking ownership of assigned workstreams and ensuring delivery against agreed objectives.
• Stay up to date with developments in programmatic advertising, DSP technology, measurement, targeting, bidding, and the broader digital advertising ecosystem, applying relevant insights to Adlook’s solutions and customer engagements.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on Adlook DSP capabilities, supporting internal knowledge sharing and providing guidance on complex technical and commercial use cases.
Requirements • 4–6+ years of experience in digital or programmatic advertising, solutions consulting, account management, ad operations, technical account management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, RTB, bidding strategies, targeting, tracking, attribution, measurement, and campaign optimization.
• Hands-on experience working with DSP platforms and a strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience supporting complex customer or commercial engagements, including technical presentations, solution discussions, onboarding, and stakeholder consultations.
• Strong ability to analyze campaign and performance data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Sales, Commercial, and/or Customer teams.
• Ability to independently manage complex projects, workstreams, and initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong understanding of how technical product capabilities translate into customer value and commercial opportunities.
• Experience creating technical documentation, playbooks, enablement materials, presentations, or other scalable knowledge resources.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous or complex technical and business challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• High level of ownership, autonomy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English.
