About this role
What You’ll Do (Job Duties) • Responsible for maintaining, correcting defencies, and/or making repairs to all common areas within the Association
• Oversee all facets of the daily operations of the building, ensuring compliance with HOA policies and regulations as required by code and regulatory enforcement agencies.
• Monitor and maintain optimum performance of all building systems to include mechanical, electrical/electronic, fire life safety, smoke control, security, HVAC, and water circulation system.
• Coordinate and interact with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely maintenance and repairs, as well as adherence to quality standards.
Who You Are (Skills/Experience) • Minimum of 3 years of onsite high rise or mid-rise building engineer experience, preferably in property management, hospitality, or commercial property management.
• Familiarity with the Uniform Commercial Building Code; HOA experience is a plus.
• HVAC Certification EPA/608 License Fire Pump Certificate preferred Fire Life Safety Director Certificate preferred Valid California Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Hands-on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting experience.
• Experience in fire system management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player attitude.
