Corporate Funding Circle Lead - Department Head

The Corporate Funding Circle Lead (CL) will be responsible for acquiring and managing funds within the corporate segment in the assigned area. The CL's responsibilities go beyond acquiring funds. The role also involves managing the customer portfolio, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, and leading the team to achieve funding targets.

Responsibilities • Identify and develop new customer prospects while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

• Promote and provide information about the Bank's products and services, especially Deposit and CASA , based on customer needs.

• Conduct customer visits, build relationships, and communicate regularly with customers to strengthen loyalty and develop mutually beneficial relationships.

• Acquire new customers and achieve funding targets within the assigned area.

• Manage and grow the existing customer portfolio while identifying opportunities for additional business.

• Develop and maintain a strong personal network of corporate customers.

• Lead, coach, and support the team in achieving business and funding targets.

• Monitor team performance and identify opportunities to improve business results.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve customer issues effectively while providing excellent customer service.

• Ensure effective execution of business strategies and initiatives within the assigned area.

• Proactively pursue self-development to maintain and improve competencies relevant to the role.

• Perform special assignments and other duties as required or directed by superiors.

Requirements: • Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Funding Officer, Team Leader, or Circle Lead, preferably handling corporate customers , within the banking industry.

• Comprehensive knowledge and strong experience in fundraising/funding activities, particularly Deposit and CASA products .

• Proven track record in acquiring and managing corporate customers and building long-term customer loyalty.

• Possesses and is able to develop a strong personal network of customers , particularly within the corporate segment.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills , with the ability to lead and support a team in achieving business targets.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and time management skills .

• Strong selling and business development skills with a target-oriented mindset .

• Proactive, confident, and able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
