The Role
We’re looking for a client delivery manager to orchestrate the technical delivery management of client onboarding onto our platform and create a scalable playbook and framework to run future client delivery programs. You’ll be pivotal in leading teams to execute client configuration and deployment activities, working cohesively with clients as well as product, engineering, legal, compliance, service & operations teams.
A Client Delivery Manager at Constantinople will be responsible for all the ins and outs of setting up banking configurations across clients, driving decisions with client stakeholders, outlining timelines/delivery and acting as a co-ordination point across working level teams (both in clients and within Constantinople) to lead the end-to-end client implementation, whilst being able to adapt to the dynamic nature of life at a start-up. You’ll also work closely with solution engineers who will be responsible for the technical configurations on platform.
You will sit across the table from CEOs, CFOs and CIOs of banks and own the thing they care most about: getting their bank built, migrated and live. You'll be the single point of contact between those executives and our product and engineering teams, and the person accountable for delivery.
Why this is a career-defining role • You will build a bank. Or move an existing one, customers, balances, regulatory obligations and all, onto our platform. Very few people in the industry get to say they've done this once. You'll do it more than once.
• You'll own the client relationship at the top. Board updates, steering committees, hard conversations about scope and sequencing — you'll run them yourself, not prepare someone else to run them.
• You'll work with exceptional engineers. Our teams in Australia, Singapore, and India are among the best building financial infrastructure anywhere, and they build for the end customer, not for the org chart.
• You'll get your hands dirty. You'll understand the platform properly — configurations, data models, release mechanics — because you can't lead delivery of technology you don't understand.
Who You Are • 3-5 years experiences in technical program management roles in tech organisations across technical and non-technical deliverables
• Be hands-on and execution orientated
• Strong problem solver
• Effectively managing product & engineering teams and working with client stakeholders
• Detail oriented and managing complex decisions
• Comfortable managing engineering delivery and complex dependency management
• Have a delivery management toolkit that allows you to work across different types of initiatives and teams
What You’ll Do • Manage the implementation and execution project plan, including dependencies from clients and teams (product, engineering, legal, compliance, servicing and operations)
• Act as the single owner of client delivery plan and ensure successful delivery
• Manage critical activities (e.g. testing windows, release co-ordination, go-live and cutovers)
• Ensure consistency in how client onboarding and delivery occurs across the company, and a playbook to scale
• Manage the client delivery relationship across 1-2 clients and co-ordinate activities across multiple programs simultaneously
• Work with Solutions Engineering to manage configurations on platform
• Work with engineering and internal teams to incorporate the company roadmap into the client delivery roadmap surface and mitigate delivery risks and issues
• Effectively manage changes in project scope, keeping the end-goal in mind
