Role Overview Responsible for executing day-to-day HR processes and ensuring accuracy across employee lifecycle activities. Supports HR operations, data administration, and compliance with internal policies and local labor laws. Plays a key role in maintaining HR systems and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Ensures smooth employee experiences by managing documentation, responding to HR-related queries, and supporting operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, transfers, contract renewals and terminations

• Prepare, administer, and maintain employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and other employment-related documentation.

• Coordinate and manage relationships with Employer of Record (EOR) providers and support workforce administration across multiple jurisdictions.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee and contractor records within HR systems and personnel files in accordance with legal and internal requirements.

• Support compliance with Bulgarian labour law, employment regulations, GDPR requirements, and internal company policies.

• Respond to employee and manager queries relating to employment documentation, leave administration, policies, and operational processes.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for People Operations matters in Poland and support international workforce administration as required.

Required Experience • 3 - 4 years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or similar HR support roles.

• Experience supporting the administration of employment contracts, contract amendments, and employee lifecycle documentation.

• Good understanding of Bulgarian labour law and HR compliance requirements.

• Experience working in an international or multinational environment.

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as HiBob, Workday, or similar systems.

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Professional fluency in both Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting employees and contractors across multiple countries.

• Experience participating in HR process improvement, digitalisation, or automation initiatives.

• Knowledge of employment administration and compliance requirements in jurisdictions outside Bulgaria.

• Experience in coordination of EOR arrangements.
