About this role
Our client, a growing civil‑engineering and surveying team in the Indianapolis area is seeking an experienced Surveyor to support boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction staking projects across central Indiana. This role is hands‑on, field‑focused, and ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and craftsmanship. The Surveyor works closely with project managers, CAD staff, and field crews to deliver precise field data and high‑quality survey products from mobilization through final deliverables.
This is not a large production environment — it’s a lean, high‑accountability team where your judgment and field expertise directly influence project outcomes. The work is varied, your contributions are visible, and strong performance is rewarded through a project‑based incentive structure. For a licensed or license‑track surveyor who wants ownership, autonomy, and a direct line to leadership, this role offers a meaningful next step.
Benefits: Health Plan, Vision, Dental 401k / HSA plans

About this listing
Published on Lever under the board identifier Cogentanalytics, which is the name the employer’s own job board carries. RoleSprint has not verified the company’s registered or trading name, so it is shown exactly as published rather than tidied up.
RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.
