About this role

ZEAL Network SE is a leading international provider of online lottery and prize draw products, operating for over 20 years with brands like LOTTO24 and Tipp24. As Germany’s largest digital lottery operator and a trusted partner of Spain’s ONCE, we are passionate about creating exciting and innovative ways for people to win.

7days Performance is one of the newest brands to join the ZEAL Group and a well-established name in the UK prize competition market. The brand gives customers the chance to win high-value prizes, with a strong focus on performance and luxury cars, alongside cash and other exciting prizes.

Now part of ZEAL, 7days Performance is entering an exciting new chapter, combining its strong UK brand and community with ZEAL’s experience, technology and ambition for growth. It’s an exciting time to join the team and play a part in shaping what comes next for the brand.

Location: Norwich-based, with regular in-office presence (willingness to travel to London, Manchester, and Hamburg as required)

THE ROLE:

In this role, you will own and develop core People & Culture operations across three UK locations, creating consistent and scalable HR processes while supporting the needs of each local team. You’ll manage everything from payroll and HR systems to employee relations and performance management, acting as a trusted partner to both employees and people managers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Unify and administer HRIS across all three locations.

- Independently run payroll for all three UK entities.

- Build and own administrative HR processes (contracts, onboarding, off-boarding, employee files, compliance) and policies from scratch, tailored to local needs and aligned with group standards.

- Roll out and advise people managers and employees on performance management, individual cases, and all People & Culture topics.

- Mediate and provide supervision in interpersonal or employment-related conflict situations.

- Brief and coach people managers on leadership topics and HR processes.

- Act as the main point of contact for all employee belonging topics and processes.

- Work hands-on day to day, with regular presence across all three sites and the Hamburg headquarters.

WHAT YOU OFFER US:

- Several years of experience as an HR/People & Culture Generalist, ideally within the UK market.

- Solid knowledge of UK payroll and UK employment law.

- Experience building HR structures and processes in growing or newly integrated organisations (e.g. post-M&A, in start-ups or scale-ups).

- Hands-on experience implementing or unifying HRIS systems.

- Confident handling of performance management processes, plus experience in mediation and conflict resolution.

- Strong hands-on mentality, self-initiative, and enjoyment of building structures from scratch.

- Strong communication and advisory skills with managers and employees at all levels.

- Willingness to travel between London, Manchester, and Hamburg.

- Fluent English, spoken and written.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

- A modern, dynamic culture grounded in the success of a leading-edge e-commerce company.

- A talented team of ambitious, like-minded colleagues where your knowledge and ideas truly make an impact.

- Pension scheme with employer matching contributions of up to 7.5%.

- 25 days annual leave plus UK bank holidays.

- Enhanced sick pay after probation.

- Employee Assistance Programme with access to mental health support and 24/7 GP services.

RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.
