TEAM

Our Growth team is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games, including hypercasual, hybrid, and 100% IAP.

ROLE

This role is in our Creative Squad https://voodoo.notion.site/Meet-our-Creative-team-0a3e236b591848a088e1c76fb22c0633?pvs=74: the team responsible for producing high-performing video ads that drive user acquisition. This team plays a pivotal role at the base of the marketing funnel, transforming our games into compelling visual narratives that capture attention across global platforms.

In this role, you will focus on http://hole.ioHole.io http://Hole.io, one of Voodoo's most iconic games. You will work on adapting its gameplay, visuals, environments, skins, and creative concepts to produce engaging video ads for global user acquisition campaigns.

Working on http://hole.ioHole.io http://Hole.io and its creative variations, you will:

- Use Unity to modify and iterate on http://hole.ioHole.io http://Hole.io, adapting gameplay to make it attractive and engaging for advertising campaigns

- Design custom setups, including animations, scenes, environments, skins, rebranding, and code changes for creative video production

- Record, edit, and upload http://hole.ioHole.io http://Hole.io gameplay videos for global ad campaigns to be tested

- Share modified game builds and creative assets with the marketing team for testing

- Analyze ad performance and benchmark competitors to improve creative output

This role is a unique chance to grow your technical skills by prototyping and problem-solving on a major Voodoo title, as well as to develop a sharp marketing perspective on what makes a game successful.

PROFILE

- You have a strong sense of ownership and adaptability

- You have excellent Unity skills

- You are interested in casual and arcade games, especially http://hole.ioHole.io http://Hole.io-style gameplay

- You have a creative and hacker mindset

- You have basic notions in 2D/3D graphics design and modeling skills, such as Photoshop or Blender, deeper proficiency is a plus

- You have a good level of spoken and written English, French is not required
