About TensorWave

Our mission is simple: deliver seamless, secure, reliable, and resilient AI compute at scale. We've built a versatile cloud platform that eliminates infrastructure barriers, empowering builders to focus on innovation instead of fighting their stack. Because breakthrough AI should move at the speed of ideas, not infrastructure.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Field Marketing (Summer Event) Intern to join our Field Marketing team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events, from intimate executive roundtables to large-scale trade shows and conferences. You’ll work closely with the Field Marketing team and cross-functional partners to bring our brand to life through memorable in-person and virtual experiences.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, including trade shows, field dinners, and customer conferences

- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor communication, shipping, swag inventory, and on-site setup/teardown

- Collaborate with the design team to produce event collateral, signage, and branded materials

- Help manage event registration platforms, attendee communications, and pre/post-event surveys

- Track event budgets, invoices, and expenses; maintain organized records for each event

- Monitor event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, lead generation) and compile post-event recaps

- Support field marketing campaigns that drive event attendance and pipeline generation

- Attend at least one live event and take ownership of a defined workstream on-site

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

- Currently a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field

- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with event platforms (e.g., Lu.ma http://Lu.ma, Eventbrite, Splash) is a plus

- A positive, team-first attitude and eagerness to learn

- Willingness to travel for events if needed
