About this role

📈 Who We Are:

We are rebuilding the energy transaction, making it transparent and fair.

Our goal is to put power back where it belongs, in the hands of customers and to take on one of the most critical problems of our century, access to low cost electricity.

tem exists to fix a broken global energy market that’s long favoured legacy operators, intermediaries, and opaque pricing. Today’s electricity system was not designed for rapid decarbonisation, AI-driven efficiency or fair access for the actual users - businesses and generators.

We’ve built the first AI native transaction infrastructure to reinvent how electricity is bought, sold and priced. Our technology is designed to cut out the inefficient fees, automate complex market flows, and bring transparency and fairness to energy transactions at scale.

In late 2025, after extraordinary growth, we closed a $75 million Series B - led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with participation from Albion, Atomico, Allianz, Hitachi Ventures, Hitachi Ventures, Schroders Capital and others - positioning us for global expansion, deeper product innovation and category leadership.

We’re scaling internationally and building toward a future where AI-driven infrastructure is foundational to electricity markets worldwide.

Since launch, our modern utility product, known as RED, has already facilitated thousands of business customers and billions in energy transaction value, proving that modern software and AI can transform an industry built on legacy systems.

At tem, we’re not just building another energy company, we’re rearchitecting market infrastructure so that transparency, efficiency and sustainability become the default, not the exception.

The Role

We run multi-channel brand campaigns: social, content, video, out-of-home, events and road shows, often all at once. We've got plenty of ideas and a growing calendar. What we're missing is someone who owns delivery from the first brief to the final asset, across every channel. This is a hands-on generalist role.

Campaign ideas can come from the wider team (or yourself!), but you'll make it happen: the plan, the timeline, the budget, the agency or freelancer, the channel mix, the logistics when a campaign goes offline, and sometimes even copy or campaign set up. You organise and you do. You’re the connect point between Brand & Credibility and other teams, internal and external.

You'll work day to day with the Brand and Credibility team, our product marketers, and across tem's other teams as campaigns touch them. You will:

- Own campaigns from brief to delivery across owned and offline channels, on brand, on time, on budget.

- Plan and run events and support road shows.

- Find, brief and manage agencies and freelancers: creative, media, production, experiential.

- Keep multiple projects moving at once across teams that don't report to you.

- Embed AI workflows or tooling to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in our service

Responsibilities

Campaign delivery

- Build briefs, timelines and budget plans, then drive execution to completion.

- Keep deliverables aligned across channels and accurate, working with product marketing to check every claim.

- Spot and act on comms opportunities around key brand moments.

- Align the Brand and Credibility campaign calendar with the rest of the business needs

- Run a short post-campaign review each time so the next one is sharper.

Events and offline

- Own roadshow support, customer events and out-of-home from planning through to the day itself, including the logistics.

- Travel to events roughly once a month (a day or two, UK).

- Manage merch and swag: design, ordering, distribution.

- Support in the branding needs around our bi-annual internal company-wide event, temfest

Agencies and freelancers

- Source and manage external partners, own the brief and artwork through to delivery, and hold them to time and budget.

- Coordinate freelancer-led paid tests when we run them. You don't need to run paid yourself (but huge plus if you can).

Requirements

Must haves

- 2-4 years in a marketing, agency or creative production role where you delivered multi-channel campaigns or events end to end.

- You've managed budgets and kept projects on time and on spec, including at least one that got messy.

- You've sourced, briefed and managed external partners: agencies, freelancers, suppliers.

- Comfortable with ambiguity: you can take a one-line brief and turn it into a plan, then adjust when priorities shift.

- You use AI tools daily to plan, write, analyse faster, and empower others.

Bonus points

- Agency background (account management, project management, creative ops, production).

- B2B or B2B tech experience, and a view on which B2B brands are doing it well and why.

- You've set up basic paid social or search campaigns yourself.

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities, including those that are traditionally underrepresented in the tech and energy sectors. If you’re excited about this role but not sure you meet every requirement, we’d still love to hear from you. Your unique perspective could be exactly what we’re looking for.
