DESCRIPCIÓN DEL CARGO
En Toku estamos buscando a nuestro/a próximo/a Encargado/a de Gestión de Riesgos, quien será responsable de diseñar, implementar y fortalecer el marco de gestión de riesgos de la compañía.
El rol tendrá una mirada transversal sobre la operación, identificando y gestionando los riesgos asociados al negocio, y trabajando de manera cercana con los equipos de Finanzas, Legal & Compliance, Operaciones y Tecnología.
RESPONSABILIDADES
Como Encargado de Gestión de Riesgos, tus principales responsabilidades serán:
- Diseñar e implementar el marco de gestión de riesgos de la compañía.
- Identificar, evaluar y monitorear riesgos operacionales, tecnológicos, financieros y regulatorios.
- Desarrollar y mantener la matriz de riesgos corporativa y los principales indicadores de riesgo.
- Proponer e implementar controles y medidas de mitigación para los riesgos identificados.
- Responsable de la gestión de riesgo operacional, financiero, continuidad de negocios y prevención de fraude.
- Evaluar riesgos asociados a nuevos productos, procesos o cambios en la operación.
REQUISITOS
Para ser considerado para este rol, debes cumplir con los siguientes requerimientos: ✔️ Formación profesional en ingeniería comercial, ingeniería civil, finanzas, economía o similares. ✔️ Experiencia previa entre 6-8 años. ✔️ Experiencia en gestión de riesgos, control interno, auditoría o cumplimiento. ✔️ Experiencia en empresas fintech, bancos o industrias reguladas. ✔️ Alta motivación y proactividad.
