About this role

At Wursta, we believe technology should expand what people are capable of — not quietly erase what they are for. Buying the technology is the easy part; Wursta builds the operating system that turns technology investment into value you can measure — combining governance, workforce proficiency, and platform delivery, and then transferring the system to our clients' own teams. We specialize in digital transformation, cloud services, managed services, custom development, cybersecurity, and AI solutions to help organizations scale capabilities and increase productivity.

About The Role

The Senior Change Management Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our clients’ technology initiatives by developing and implementing effective change management strategies. This individual will be responsible for ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in managing technology-related change initiatives. This is an individual contributor role, requiring a self-motivated and proactive individual with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement change management strategies for technology-related projects and initiatives, aligning with overall business objectives.

- Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities associated with new technology implementations.

- Develop and execute communication plans tailored to the technical audience, including stakeholder engagement strategies, to effectively inform and engage employees throughout the change process.

- Facilitate training programs, workshops, and communication sessions to promote understanding and adoption of new technologies and systems.

- Provide coaching and support to individuals and teams impacted by technology changes, addressing concerns and fostering a positive change environment.

- Track and measure change management activities to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay current on best practices and industry trends in change management, specifically within the technology space.

- Partner with IT teams and other internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure successful implementation of technology initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields, with a focus on technology initiatives.

- Proven ability to develop and implement effective change management strategies for technology implementations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying technical challenges and solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Experience with change management methodologies and frameworks, specifically those tailored to technology adoption.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with IT professionals and other stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software, including project management tools and collaboration platforms.

- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) and familiarity with technology-specific change management methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Agile) is a plus.
