WHOOP is hiring a Senior Lead, DTC Commercial Planning & Strategy to drive the commercial operating rhythm and revenue forecasting for the Direct-to-Consumer business. This role will serve as a key partner across Growth, Performance Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing Analytics to build out the commercial operating system of the DTC business (planning, forecasting, performance management, prioritization, and executive reporting). The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, using data and cross-functional influence to translate ambitious goals into measurable business outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own the commercial planning and forecasting process for the DTC business, developing annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue plans that align cross-functional teams around key growth initiatives and company objectives.

- Partner with Growth Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Finance, and Supply Chain leaders to evaluate business performance, identify opportunities, and prioritize strategic investments that maximize revenue and member growth.

- Develop and present business reviews by translating complex quantitative analyses and qualitative insights into compelling, data-driven narratives that clearly communicate DTC performance, key risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

- Lead the DTC business operating cadence, including business reviews, forecasting, executive updates, and performance reporting, ensuring leaders have clear visibility into priorities, risks, and opportunities.

- Develop actionable insights through quantitative analysis, customer trends, and market dynamics to inform commercial strategy, pricing, promotional planning, and go-to-market decisions.

- Drive cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, aligning stakeholders, resolving ambiguity, and ensuring accountability for key deliverables across multiple teams.

- Continuously improve commercial planning processes, decision-making frameworks, forecasting methodologies, and operational tools to increase organizational effectiveness and scalability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 8+ years of experience in strategy, commercial planning, business operations, consulting, finance, or related functions, with meaningful experience supporting high-growth consumer technology or subscription businesses.

- Demonstrated ability to develop business strategy while driving operational execution across complex, cross-functional organizations.

- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills with experience using data to influence executive decision-making and prioritize business investments.

- Proven experience leading planning processes, forecasting, business reviews, or commercial operating cadences with senior stakeholders.

- Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear recommendations for diverse audiences.

- Highly organized with exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority, building strong partnerships through collaboration, credibility, and thoughtful leadership.

- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
