Senior Sales Development Representative

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Sales Development Representative to take their impact to the next level. As an Sr. SDR, you’ll focus on setting high-quality demos and advancing your skills toward becoming an Account Executive. You’ll play a vital role in generating pipeline while sharpening your discovery, objection handling, and storytelling abilities.

- This position is hybrid: M-W in office/Th-F flexible work from home.

- First 90 days will be full time in office, M-F.

- Reports to: SDR Director

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

The duties and responsibilities of the role.

- Make outbound calls with specific targets for number of daily calls and demos set per month.

- Set qualified demos that convert into opportunities for AEs.

- Manage your pipeline and activity in Salesforce

- Continuously refine your messaging and discovery skills.

- Participate in AE-readiness certification and mentorship programs.

- Collaborate closely with AEs for feedback and alignment.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO ACCOMPLISH THE JOB

- >9 months of SMB SDR experience, ideally in SaaS.

- Proven ability to meet or exceed quota.

- Experience with pipeline management in a CRM, preferably Salesforce.

- Excellent communication and time management skills.

- Proficiency with Salesforce and outbound engagement tools.
