As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll meet with homeowners in local retail or event environments, start conversations, and help schedule free in-home consultations. This is an entry-level sales role where you are not expected to close deals, but to generate interest from a great first impression.

What You’ll Do

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll work in local retail locations and start conversations with homeowners. You’ll help people learn about Mad City Windows & Baths and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives.

- Talk with homeowners in a friendly, professional way

- Introduce our window, bath, and kitchen solutions

- Create interest and answer basic questions

- Schedule qualified, no-obligation appointments for sales representatives

- Work with your team to hit daily and weekly goals

What We’re Looking For

We care more about your attitude and work ethic than a long resume. You’ll do well here if you are:

- Comfortable starting conversations with new people

- Positive, energetic, and motivated by goals

- Reliable, coachable, and ready to learn

- Competitive in a healthy way and excited to earn bonuses

- Comfortable being active and working on your feet during the day

Previous experience in lead generation, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or canvassing is helpful, but not required. If you bring the effort, we’ll teach you the rest.

Physical Requirements

This position requires:

- Walking and standing in retail and/or event locations for extended periods

- Working outdoors in varying weather conditions, if at events

- Standing, bending, and moving throughout the workday
