Full Stack Software Engineer (Mid-Senior)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a mid-to-senior Full Stack Software Engineer to own product outcomes across the entire stack. You will design and build user interfaces and backend services that power mission-critical hardware systems, lead greenfield projects, and collaborate closely with engineers and operators to deliver reliable, high-performance tools for complex systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and build browser-based operator interfaces that stay fast and legible under continuous high-rate data.

- Build and maintain the backend services and APIs behind those interfaces.

- Lead greenfield projects and help define system architecture.

- Work across the stack on data flow, rendering performance, and reliability.

- Collaborate with engineers and operators to translate real-world workflows into software.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.

- Strong TypeScript and React, with real depth on rendering performance.

- Backend experience in a compiled or systems language (Rust, Go, C/C++, Java).

- Experience building and operating production APIs and services.

- Experience with real-time or streaming data in the browser—WebSockets, high-frequency updates, charting or visualization over live data.

- Production experience with concurrent programming.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.

NICE TO HAVE

- Rust specifically, beyond general systems-language experience.

- Frontend depth—browser internals, video streaming, or low-latency UI experience.

- Track record of leading or owning greenfield projects.

- Interest in systems programming, performance, or infrastructure.
