THE ROLE:

You will be the internal owner of Rogo's month-end close cycle for the US and international entities. In this role you are aimed to take ownership and establish a documented runbook, coordinate the local providers, and give every current and future non-US entity a day-to-day owner. The job is controls, review and ownership, not data entry. This role will report to the Accounting Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Support entity-level books for US and no-US entities: month-end close to US GAAP on corporate deadlines, working with local accounting providers

- Prepare local-to-US GAAP bridge support and assist local statutory accounts and filings

- Support balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepaids and the fixed asset register

- Run intercompany billing and settlement, and support transfer pricing entries

- Oversee the outsourced AP specialist: vendor onboarding and W-9/W-8 compliance, coding review, approval routing, payment run controls, AP accruals and aging

- Assist with payroll accounting and reconciliation for US and no-US entities

- Support external audit: reconciliations, PBC items, and walkthrough support for entity-level and AP processes

WHAT YOU BRING (REQUIRED):

- CPA (preferred)

- 3+ years progressive accounting experience

- Solid US GAAP; working familiarity with local statutory frameworks

- Strong reconciliation discipline and documentation habits; audit support experience

- Modern ERP experience and strong Excel

NICE TO HAVE:

- Audit foundation (Big 4 or national firm) plus industry close experience

- Multi-entity, multi-currency close in a high-growth or multinational environment

- Experience coordinating outsourced providers or shared-services teams

- Intercompany and transfer pricing exposure

- Interest in automation and AI-assisted close work
