THE ROLE

We're hiring a Technical Recruiter to help build and scale a high performing team. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to candidates and hiring leaders, develop scalable and effective recruiting processes, champion inclusive hiring practices, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office.

YOU’LL

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role expectations, top profiles, and interview plans while aligning hiring priorities with business objectives.

- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial intake and job description development through sourcing, evaluation, interview debriefs, offer management, and closing.

- Develop strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, outreach to passive candidates, professional networks, industry events, referrals, and strategic job postings.

- Ensure a consistent and equitable hiring process by establishing clear competencies, aligning evaluation criteria, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

- Continuously elevate recruiting standards by refining assessment rubrics, streamlining interview processes, and identifying opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.

- Monitor recruiting performance across key funnel metrics, including hiring speed, candidate quality, and diversity indicators, and communicate progress through weekly and quarterly reporting.

- Lead offer development and negotiations, ensuring alignment with role levels, compensation ranges, and current market conditions.

- Cultivate lasting relationships with high potential candidates and maintain proactive talent pipelines for priority and future hiring needs.

- Support employer branding initiatives through events, content, and community engagement to attract exceptional deep-tech professionals.

- Guide hiring managers and interview teams on effective interviewing techniques, recruiting best practices, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

YOU’LL HAVE

- 10+ years of experience managing full-cycle technical recruitment within deep-tech organizations.

- A strong track record of identifying and securing passive talent for highly selective roles, with excellent candidate storytelling and objection-handling skills.

- Proven ability to turn business objectives into actionable recruitment strategies, well-defined candidate profiles, and effective hiring processes.

- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing key stakeholders in fast-moving environments.

- Deep expertise recruiting talent across Machine Learning and Research disciplines.

- Strong knowledge of structured interview methodologies, competency-based assessments, and recruitment analytics.

- A demonstrated commitment to equitable hiring practices and creating a high-quality candidate experience.

- An unwavering focus on excellence, consistently improving talent quality, recruiting processes, and stakeholder satisfaction.

About this listing

Published on Ashby under the board identifier People Culture Talent, which is the name the employer’s own job board carries. RoleSprint has not verified the company’s registered or trading name, so it is shown exactly as published rather than tidied up.

RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.

Published 16 October 2026, last checked 15 days ago. A posting stops being advertised here 90 days after the employer published it, and one the employer takes down is marked closed rather than quietly removed.
