About this role
ABOUT US
Parallel is a web infrastructure company. Our products are used by leading businesses in sales, marketing, insurance, and coding to build best-in-class AI agents with flexible and powerful programmatic access to the web.
We've raised $230 million from Kleiner Perkins, Sequoia, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Khosla Ventures, First Round, and Terrain to build the web for AIs. We're currently valued at $2 billion and we're forming a world-class team of engineers, designers, marketers, sellers, researchers, and operational experts to achieve our mission.
Job: You will own recruiting across G&A and marketing at Parallel, running full-cycle hiring for finance, legal, operations, and marketing roles. You'll partner directly with hiring managers and founders to define role scope, build interview loops, and calibrate what "great" looks like for each function. You'll drive sourcing and outbound for hard-to-fill and senior roles, manage candidates through close, and build the systems — scorecards, playbooks, comp benchmarking — that let Parallel hire well as headcount scales fast. You'll report on pipeline health and hiring velocity directly to leadership, and you'll be the one they trust to get high-conviction offers signed.
You: Have run full-cycle recruiting at an early-stage company and know how to own a function end to end. You've worked G&A searches like finance and legal as well as marketing roles, and you know how to flex your interview process and pitch for each. You write outbound that gets responses from people who aren't looking, and you know how to close a candidate who has three other offers. You're the only recruiter dedicated to G&A here, working alongside a lean team of strong recruiters covering other functions, and you move fast because slow hiring kills momentum at a company this stage.

About this listing
Published on Ashby under the board identifier Parallel, which is the name the employer’s own job board carries. RoleSprint has not verified the company’s registered or trading name, so it is shown exactly as published rather than tidied up.
RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.
Published 14 August 2026, last checked 6 days ago. A posting stops being advertised here 90 days after the employer published it, and one the employer takes down is marked closed rather than quietly removed.
