- App Radar by SplitMetrics: an ASO platform with advanced keyword and competitor insights.
WHY SPLITMETRICS?
- For over 11 years, we’ve been at the forefront of the mobile marketing industry, building an ecosystem of market-leading technologies.
- An Apple Ads Partner, SplitMetrics is the 1st company to build the Apple Ads management platform.
- Working with top mobile companies and brands globally: Skyscanner, Glovo, Flo, Babbel, Wooga and many more.
- Generating an impressive transaction volume, with over $1 billion in ad spend flowing through our ecosystem.
- Integrated AI into our strategic approach since 2023.
- Effectively collaborate across 20+ countries with a remote-first and supportive culture.
Some of the biggest mobile apps and games on the planet trust us with their growth. But behind every top-charting app, there’s a visual engine that turns attention into downloads.
We are expanding our design team and looking for a Graphic Designer to join SplitMetrics Growth Services team.
You won’t just "make things look pretty” or redesign the same button for months. This is a fast-paced, high-impact agency role. You will be working directly with diverse international clients, shaping the visual presence of apps and games across global app stores.
We need a technically strong visual performer who understands marketing psychology, owns their Figma workflows like a pro, and acts as a strength multiplier.
YOUR MISSION & IMPACT
- Craft high-converting assets: design store visual architectures - screenshots, CPP, app icons, app promo banners for iOS and Android apps.
- Build high-performance ad creatives: turn ideas into bold ad banners and visual concepts across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Translate strategy into visual systems: work side-by-side with our ASO and UA teams to convert hypotheses and marketing goals into visual stories that drive downloads.
- Elevate team quality: help to level up overall design quality - share best practices, mentor junior team members, and help establish scalable design frameworks.
- Keep production bulletproof: maintain clean design systems and component libraries in Figma to keep master files scalable and frictionless for the whole team.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of proven experience in visual/graphic design within agency environments or fast-growing digital/marketing teams.
- Strong command of composition, visual hierarchy, typography, layout balance, color theory, and working with texts & visual effects.
- Mastery of marketing assets creation: hands-on experience creating materials, understanding or creation of store graphics is a major plus.
- Advanced Figma/Sketch user: you know Figma inside out - auto-layouts, components, variants, and efficient workflow hacks are second nature to you.
- Proficiency in Adobe products for complex photo editing, key visual creation, and retouching.
- Marketing & conversion mindset: you understand why a design works, how visual hierarchy directs user attention, and how hooks impact conversion rates.
- Self-organized & team player: highly organized in your own workflows, proactive in taking ownership, and natural at collaborating with and uplifting peers.
- AI workflow: familiarity or hands-on experience with AI design tools to speed up moodboarding, concepting, and asset generation.
- English proficiency: B1+ (smooth written and spoken communication with international teams).
NICE TO HAVE
- Illustrative & 3D skills: custom 2D illustration or basic 3D rendering.
- UI/UX foundations: understanding mobile app interface logic to extract the best visual hooks for marketing layouts.
- Experience in the gaming industry - ability to create assets from scratch.
WHAT IS THERE FOR YOU?
- Time Off: Vacation and public holidays following your country's regulations. Additional PTOs annually for personal rejuvenation.
- Health and Wellness: Medical insurance or health care compensation. Paid sick leave to prioritize your well-being.
- Professional Development: Top online/offline conferences and mobile industry events. Internal courses for continuous professional development.
- Performance and Growth: Micro-management-free and supportive management style. Semi-annual performance review sessions. New career opportunities through our internal mobility program.
- Team Engagement: Corporate online events and offline team retreats. Collaboration between teams through shared OKRs. Environment conducive to open dialogue and constructive feedback.
- Work Flexibility: Flexible working schedule for a better work-life balance. Remote-first working environment.
- Workspace Options: Coworking costs coverage program. Office hubs in key locations for a convenient and productive work environment.
