Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Intern to join our team. As an intern at Shield AI, you will work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment that emphasizes learning, growth, and real-world impact. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that support the development of advanced autonomous systems and make a difference in fields that matter.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, researchers, and business leaders on meaningful projects.
- Contribute to the development, testing, and deployment of innovative technologies in defense and autonomy.
- Support team efforts through data analysis, research, prototyping, or documentation as required by the business needs and your area of study.
- Participate in team meetings, technical reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Present your work at the conclusion of the internship and receive feedback from industry experts.
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics), business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or project experience relevant to Shield AI’s mission (e.g., software development, autonomy, robotics, aerospace).
- Proficiency in technical tools relevant to your field (e.g., programming languages, data analysis software).
- Demonstrated adaptability and initiative in dynamic environments.
