We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations for our advanced aerial platforms. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in aerospace production who excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments. As a key member of our production team, you will ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in assembling and delivering state-of-the-art defense aircraft.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Supervise daily aircraft assembly and production activities to ensure timely, quality delivery of products
- Coordinate and lead production teams, assigning tasks, managing workloads, and fostering a culture of accountability
- Oversee workflow planning, process optimization, and resource allocation to meet production targets and schedules
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain to resolve issues and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols
- Monitor key production metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Manage training and development of production staff, ensuring technical excellence and readiness
- Support the introduction of new products and upgrades, coordinating cross-functionally for seamless integration
- Communicate production status, risks, and action plans to leadership and stakeholders
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in aircraft or aerospace production
- Proven expertise in managing assembly lines or complex manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of aerospace quality systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems, improve processes, and deliver results under pressure
- Skilled in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing production teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using ERP, MRP, and production management tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with UAV, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of export control requirements (e.g., ITAR/EAR)
- Passion for technology, innovation, and operational excellence
