About this role

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

Google Cloud is one of Snowflake’s fastest-growing CSP partners. This role puts you at the center of that partnership: owning the co-sell motion, joint go-to-market strategy, and executive relationship across both organizations. You'll report to the Senior Director of CSP Alliances and work directly with Snowflake and Google Cloud leadership to scale a partnership that already drives significant revenue.

What You'll Own

Co-Sell & Revenue

- Drive co-sell execution with Google Cloud and Snowflake sellers across the Americas, with visibility into EMEA and APJ targets

- Build sales plays and joint customer solutions targeting Global 2000 accounts and industry-specific use cases

- Manage Google Cloud-related incentive fund programs in partnership with Snowflake's Incentive Programs team

Executive Engagement & Strategy

- Lead QBRs with Snowflake and Google Cloud senior executives

- Create and own the annual business plan between Snowflake and Google Cloud

- Build trust-based relationships across both organizations at the leadership level

Marketing & Enablement

- Partner with Snowflake and Google Cloud marketing teams to design and execute joint programs that drive pipeline

- Develop enablement materials for partner sales teams, leaders, and AEs covering joint solutions and use cases

- Measure program impact through deal registration, joint pipeline, and reference wins

What You Bring

- 6+ years in sales, alliances, or partner management in software/SaaS

- 3+ years leading an ISV partnership with Google Cloud, with a track record of $100M+ in annual co-sell

- Experience building cross-functional alignment across Sales, Sales Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Programs

- Strong executive presence: you're comfortable presenting strategy and partnership impact to C-level audiences

- Analytical and data-driven approach to measuring what's working and where to double down

Nice to Have

- Experience with cloud marketplace or consumption-based selling motions

- Familiarity with data platforms, AI/ML ecosystems, or cloud infrastructure

Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
