The opportunity
Based in Adelaide, You'll join a supportive, cross-functional team of Engineers, Product Owners and Software Engineers in Test, working together to deliver experiences that make a real difference for advisers and investors.
In this role, you'll:
- Design, build and enhance scalable applications using C# .NET, Microservices, Angular and Azure
- Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to shape solutions from idea through to production
- Take ownership of the software you build, championing reliability, quality and continuous improvement
- Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering standards
- Mentor other engineers, helping lift capability across the team
- Use modern tools, automation and AI-assisted ways of working to deliver value faster and more effectively
About you. You'll bring a thoughtful approach to engineering, strong technical foundations, and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
- Strong C# .NET development experience, building scalable applications
- Hands-on experience with Azure and cloud-native technologies
- Knowledge of SQL Server and NoSQL databases
- Front-end development experience with Angular and/or React
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience mentoring others and contributing beyond individual delivery to uplift team capability and outcomes
