About this role

Netic is the AI revenue engine for essential services who are the backbone of the American economy. With $43M in funding from Founders Fund, Greylock, Hanabi, and Dylan Field who led our Series B, we helped our customers book hundreds of thousands of jobs across services industries in North America. There are now companies operating entirely AI-first on Netic.

You’ll join our team with relentless builders from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Netic is growing fast and tackling a massive, underserved market. This role is a rare opportunity for a highly ambitious recent graduate to break into the startup ecosystem and learn the art of recruiting from the ground up. You will work side-by-side with our founders, learn how top-tier engineering and go-to-market teams are built, and experience early-stage startup growth firsthand. If you want a fast-paced launchpad into recruiting, venture capital, or startup operations, this is the place to start.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Find and talk to the sharpest software engineers, PMs, and GTM leaders from top-tier universities and companies. You'll own the outreach strategy from day one.

- Learn the full hiring lifecycle, which means everything from writing your own outbound pitches and running initial screens to managing the candidate pipeline and helping close offers.

- Figure out ways to use AI and automation tools to handle the boring stuff so you can focus on writing better messages and talking to candidates.

- Partner directly with our internal teams to calibrate on active roles and use data to spot and fix bottlenecks in our hiring process.

- Give every single candidate an incredible experience and get really good at telling the Netic story.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

- A recent or upcoming degree from a top school, but more importantly, a habit of working hard and winning at things you care about (whether that’s academics, sports, or projects you built outside of class).

- Real grit. We move fast and things change quickly here. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity and have a natural drive to run through walls to get things done.

- Strong communication. You should love writing, speak clearly, and be confident holding your own in conversations with hyper-technical or highly experienced people.

- An analytical mindset. Recruiting is a numbers game. You care about response rates, conversion loops, and using data to improve your process.

- A high slope. You don’t need a background in recruiting, but you do need to learn technical concepts quickly, take feedback well, and adapt on the fly.

What brings us together is our commitment to:

- Live to build

- Run through walls and win

- Obsess over customers in each line of code

- Lose sleep over the "almost perfect"

- Show internal locus of control

- Prioritize finesse: refinement of first principles thinking, execution, and craftsmanship

We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.

About this listing

Published on Ashby under the board identifier Netic, which is the name the employer’s own job board carries. RoleSprint has not verified the company’s registered or trading name, so it is shown exactly as published rather than tidied up.

RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.

Published 8 July 2026, last checked about a month ago. A posting stops being advertised here 90 days after the employer published it, and one the employer takes down is marked closed rather than quietly removed.
