About this role
ABOUT MINDLY
Mindly is an international product company — a marketplace for psychologists and their clients. We have over 1,000,000 clients in more than 40 countries worldwide, with a primary focus on Tier-1 markets. Mindly is one of the fastest-growing companies in the HealthTech sector globally. Our goal is to help people live healthy, happy, and fulfilling lives. We are growing extremely fast and are already profitable! This puts our company in the top 1% of the fastest-growing profitable tech companies in the world! You can read more about us in this article https://en.ain.ua/2024/01/16/mindly-raises-a-2m-seed-round-while-growing-rapidly/.
WHY IS THIS INTERESTING?
- Join a fast-growing, #1 product in its niche
- Influence strategic product decisions — we actively listen to our team, so your input will directly impact functionality, user experience, and the product’s future
- High level of autonomy - we put a lot of trust in our team
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the growth funnel strategy end-to-end — from acquisition channel mix through landing pages/funnels to app onboarding — setting the roadmap and prioritization, not just executing it.
- Define and drive the experimentation roadmap (A/B tests, messaging, UX, funnel iterations), setting testing priorities and standards for the wider team rather than running tests in isolation.
- Stay hands-on — personally build and ship landing pages, funnels, and experiments alongside the team, rather than only directing work from a distance.
- Lead market research and GTM strategy for new and existing markets, making the call on where and how to scale.
- Mentor and potentially manage growth/marketing hires as the function scales; establish processes others can follow.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Proven experience leading or senior-level ownership of Growth, Product Marketing, or a similar growth function (B2C app experience strongly preferred).
- Extensive experience generating, prioritizing, and validating growth hypotheses through A/B testing, user research, interviews, and other experimentation methods.
- Advanced analytical skills with tools like Mixpanel, Tableau, or similar; comfortable owning dashboards and being the source of truth on funnel performance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, UA, Marketing.
- Comfortable owning ambiguity — building processes, systems, and team structure from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of user behavior and customer psychology, translated into channel and funnel strategy decisions.
HOW WE GET THINGS DONE?
Remote-first, ideally, you should be in the CET or EET time zone.

About this listing
Published on Ashby under the board identifier Mindly, which is the name the employer’s own job board carries. RoleSprint has not verified the company’s registered or trading name, so it is shown exactly as published rather than tidied up.
RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.
