They serve clients across Southwest Florida and beyond, offering investment management, trust, and estate services with a boutique feel and institutional strength. Their team is close-knit, community-minded, and committed to doing right by their clients—and each other.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Coordinate business development activity across the department and offices to promote consistent processes, clear ownership, and efficient prospect experience

- Develop standardized templates, presentations, pitch materials, capability overviews, meeting preparation materials, follow-up communications, and other prospecting resources in partnership with subject matter experts

- Create and maintain a centralized library of approved business development and prospecting materials so teams can easily access current, consistent content

- Identify process bottlenecks, duplicative work, and administrative inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements, automation opportunities, and standardized workflows

- Prepare pipeline reports, activity summaries, dashboards, and other business development metrics for leadership review

- Support prospect research, meeting preparation, proposal development, follow-up coordination, and other activities that help move opportunities through the sales process

- Support the development of department procedures, playbooks, training resources, onboarding materials, and best practices as the business development function expands

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Minimum three (3) years of experience in business development, sales operations, relationship management, marketing, financial services, or a related professional services environment

- Demonstrated ability to organize and improve processes, workflows, and systems across multiple markets

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, polished, client- and prospect-facing materials

- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience working with CRM systems

- Ability to work collaboratively across markets, build consensus, and follow through on initiatives with limited oversight

- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a service-oriented mindset in a regulated and relationship-driven environment

Nice-to-Haves:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, communications, or a related field

- Experience with CRM administration, sales enablement, pipeline reporting, workflow automation, or business intelligence tools
