In this pivotal role, you'll partner with schools to enhance their fundraising efforts while championing the transformative power of reading and literacy for children. This role is responsible for achieving quarterly/annual fair count and market penetration goals.

We're looking for someone with a collaborative mindset and an upbeat, engaging personality who thrives in a goal-oriented environment.

This role may have opportunities to represent Literati Book Fairs at trade shows and conferences, sharing our story and expanding our reach within the education community. Success in this role means consistently achieving monthly, seasonal, and annual targets while strategically scheduling events to maximize impact.

Compensation: The anticipated base hourly rate is $22.67–$28.00, plus uncapped commission and quarterly performance bonuses. Starting pay is based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.

We are dedicated to cultivating and preserving a culture of inclusion and connectedness that sees, reflects, welcomes, and celebrates the innovation and talent of a diverse array of people. We seek people with drive and a touch of alchemy. We also recognize that some people—particularly underrepresented groups, women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+—may not be comfortable applying to a position unless they meet 100% of the qualifications. Even if your experience isn't a precise match for the role, we highly encourage you to apply. And if your career has taken you to some spectacular (or spectacularly strange) places, we love a good story.
